The following deposit methods are currently accepted on Win 999:

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Payments sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from Win 999:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by your account level.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will be held until the full bonus wagering requirement has been met.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on Win 999:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time — a new bonus cannot be claimed while another is ongoing.
• Not all games contribute equally when playing with bonus funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Bets from cancelled rounds will be fully refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a game is disconnected due to network issues, the outcome will be determined based on the server record.
• Win 999 will not be liable for bets placed without knowledge of the relevant game rules.

For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded. However, bets cannot be cancelled once a match has started.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win 999:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated programs to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating an account under a false identity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting.

Win 999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or submission of incorrect information.
• If suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud are detected.
• Upon the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You can also request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned once verification is complete.
